PA warns of Israeli escalation, calls for int’l intervention

GAZA, Oct 24: The Palestinian Authority has warned of the dangers posed by the ongoing Israeli escalation across the occupied West Bank, most recently in Hebron, “where collective punishment measures include the forced displacement of entire neighbourhoods, the demolition of homes and structures, and the closure and siege of Palestinian cities”.

The PA said it holds Israel fully responsible for the escalation, called on the international community to intervene urgently and immediately stop Israel from committing further crimes in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip.�" AL JAZEERA
