29 held in Rajshahi

Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) and Detective Branch  detained 29 people during drives in different parts of the city on Monday.

RMP and DB Police conducted raids at different places of the city and detained them.

Metropolitan Police spokesman Iftekhar Alam on Monday confirmed this through a press release.

According to the press release, five were held in Boalia Model police station while three in Rajpara, one in Chandrima , four in Motihar, three in Katakhali, one Belpukur, three each in Shah Makhdum, Paba and Kashiyadanga, one in Damkura police station area and DB police detained two persons.
