77 arrested in Rajshahi

Police in special drives arrested 77 people from different areas of Rajshahi district.

Rajshahi Metropolitan Police’s Additional Deputy Police Commissioner Golam Ruhul Kuddus said police detained 41 persons under several police stations from the city.

Sixteen of them were wanted in various cases, said the police official.

Meanwhile, the district police detained 36 others, 24 of them were wanted in various cases, said Additional Superintendent of Police Iftekhar Alam.
