Indigenous woman dies after taking liquor

An indigenous woman died reportedly after taking toxic liquor in Mohanpur upazila of Rajshahi district on Sunday.

Deceased Ranjali, 35, was the wife of Roton of  Keshorhat in the upazila.

Quoting family members, Mohanpur Police Station officer in-charge Mostaque Ahmed said that Ranjali died at her house at noon.

Police recovered the body and sent it to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
