Train derails in Moulvibazar; rail link halted for 1 hr

The rail link of Sylhet with other parts of the country suspended for an hour as a compartment of a train derailed in Kulaura of Moulvibazar on Saturday morning.

A boggy of 'Kalni Express' went off the track when it came to outer of the station around 10:30am, said Kulaura Government Railway Police Station OC Abdul Malek.

A relief train came to the spot and salvaged the train, he said, adding that the train communication became normal after an hour.
