36 held in Rajshahi

Police in separate drives detained 36 people from different places of Rajshahi city on Monday on different charges.

Of the detainees, nine are accused in different cases while six drug addicts and others were detained on different charges.

The law enforcers also recovered a huge amount of drugs during the drives.

Mohammad Golam Ruhul Quddus, additional deputy police commissioner of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police, confirmed the matter.
