In Bangladesh many children with special needs face challenges in receiving  proper education and care due to lack of specialized school facilities, awareness and  trained teachers. Keeping this requirement in mind, Bangladesh Army took a remarkable  step to run schools for special children thinking that education is a fundamental right of  every child regardless of physical, mental or social condition.
