Dear sir,
The roads of our country are increasingly turning into death traps. Almost every day, we come across news of people losing their lives in road accidents on the pages of newspapers or on television screens. Most of the victims are students, working-class people, women, and children.
Sadly, such incidents have now become almost routine for us.
There are many reasons behind road accidents, including unskilled drivers, overspeeding, overloading, and the absence of proper enforcement of traffic laws. Regular vehicle inspections, proper training for all drivers, strict enforcement of traffic laws, and timely repair of roads are largely absent.
If appropriate measures are not taken immediately, it will be impossible to stop this procession of death on our roads. We strongly demand that the administration break its silence and take effective actions to prevent road accidents.
