Youth killed in Feni road crash

A youth was killed in a road crash in Feni’s Daganbhuiyan upazila on Thursday night.

The deceased was identified as Mohammad Antar, son of Ekramul Haque, a resident of Midda Bari under Charkankara union under Companiganj upazila in the district.

According to locals, Antar left home in the afternoon to collect petrol from Feni for his motorcycle. At around 8:30 PM, an unknown vehicle crashed into his bike in the Enayetbhuiyan area on the Daganbhuiyan-Feni regional highway, leaving him seriously injured.

Later, locals took him to Daganbhuiyan Upazila Health Complex, where the on-duty doctors declared him dead.
