Rain likely in parts of country

Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today forecast rain in different parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

According to a Met Office bulletin issued this morning, light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions and at one or two places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country.

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The sun will set at 6:41 pm today and rise at 5:11 am tomorrow in Dhaka.
