Shahjalal Islami Bank holds 25th AGM

 
The 25thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC held recently through Digital Platform (with Online Video Conference). 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mohammed Younus presided over in the meeting. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved 13 per cent Cash dividend for the Shareholders and the Directors reported and audited Balance Sheet and the profit and loss account for the year ended on 31st December 2025. 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mohammed Younusand the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed delivered speech in the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The SEVP and Company Secretary of the Bank Md Abul Bashar moderated the program.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board  Mohiuddin Ahmed and Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, the Directors Md Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Abdul Hakim, the Independent Director Md. Reazul Karim and the Member of Shari'ah Supervisory Committee of the Bank Mufti Mohammad Mizanur Rahman were also present in the AGM. 

Besides the Additional Managing Directorof the Bank Md. Abdullah Al-Mamun, the Deputy Managing Directors M. M. Saiful Islam and Md. Jafar Sadeq, Legal Advisor of the Bank Barrister Khan Mohammad Shamim Aziz, the External Auditor of the Bank and the Partner of Aziz Halim Khayer and Co. Md. Ashrafuzzaman, ACA, the Independent Scrutinizer Partner of Jasmin and Associates Jasmin Akter, FCSand the Share Holders participated in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) through digital Platform.
