Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon has called on students to return to their desks. He said this in response to a question in the National Parliament session on Tuesday (July 14).

Addressing the Speaker, the Education Minister said, "We are all worried about the exams in this rainy season. We were and still are in constant monitoring. We do this work all day long."

He said, "It has been seen that if there is water in any examination center, we immediately move the center. The local administration has been given this responsibility. So far, only one college, Comilla Government College, has been the most important issue. The grounds of that college were filled. Moreover, whenever water has risen in other places, it is not that much, it is a few and the centers have been changed immediately."

The minister said, the facilities provided to the students have been provided. We have always been concerned about this, we are doing these works by continuous monitoring. In that case, we think that it is not a big task for us to correct those who have been affected. Because we have stopped the exams in many places and again we have the question set, we will conduct their exams again.

The Education Minister further said, we are reviewing again - if any educational institution has not been able to conduct the examination due to waterlogging due to the weakness of our administration - after this survey comes to us, we can also conduct the examination again if necessary. We have made this arrangement in the Chittagong Board and we have that position. Therefore, I would like to request again, let the students go back to their respective study tables, we are more concerned than them. More concerned than them is how - we will conduct the examination properly for them. We will deal with this disaster.

He further said, "I assure you once again that we have provisions for re-examination in the examination centers where such mistakes have been made. They are our future. We cannot deprive them under any circumstances. We will not do so. That is what I want to inform the nation through the great Parliament."
