Unilever Consumer Care Ltd appoints Ruhul Quddus Khan as chairman

Unilever Consumer Care Limited (UCL) has announced several new appointments to its Board of Directors and senior management team following its 328th board meeting.
The company elected Ruhul Quddus Khan as the new Chairman of the Board for next three-year, effective from July 28, 2026. He succeeds Masud Khan, who stepped down from the position.
Ruhul Quddus Khan is also the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh Limited.

The Board also appointed Shadman Sadikin as a Non-Executive Director.
In addition, UCL approved the appointment of Samsuddoha Nayeem as Head of Finance, subject to the completion of the required regulatory procedures. Sharmin Akter has been appointed as the Company's Secretary.
The company said these appointments are aimed at strengthening its leadership and corporate governance. it remains committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and creating long-term value for its stakeholders.
UCL added that Unilever Consumer Care Limited provides health and nutrition products to consumers across Bangladesh through its trusted brands.
