The results of 2026 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations will be published simultaneously today (Monday) at 10am, according to official sources.
Examinees will be able to collect their results through the websites of the education boards, SMS and their respective educational institutions.
To check the results online, candidates will have to visit educationboardresults.gov.bd or eduboardresults.gov.bd. They will then have to select SSC/Dakhil from the Examination option, choose 2026 as the examination year and select their respective education board.
After entering their roll and registration numbers, candidates will have to complete the security captcha and click the Submit button to view their results.
Results will also be available through SMS. SSC candidates need to type SSC, followed by the first three letters of their education board, roll number and examination year, and send the message to 16140.
Candidates can type SSC DHA 123456 2026 and send it to 16140. The result will be sent back through a return SMS.
Dakhil candidates will have to send Dakhil MAD 123456 2026 to 16222. However, madrasa students must complete pre-registration to receive their results automatically through SMS after publication.
Technical education students can obtain their results by sending SSC TEC 123456 2026 to 16222.
Candidates can also collect their results from their respective educational institutions. Institution-based result sheets can be downloaded by entering the institution's EIIN number in the result section of the relevant education board's website.
The theoretical examinations began on April 21 and ended on May 20, while practical examinations were held from June 7 to June 14.
A total of 1,857,344 candidates appeared in the SSC and equivalent examinations this year under 11 education boards. Of them, 930,305 were male and 927,039 were female candidates.
