Sony launches BD’s first authorised camera service center in Dhaka

Global technology brand Sony has officially launched Bangladesh’s first-ever authorized camera service (ACS) center alongside a new dedicated showroom at the Bashundhara City Shopping Complex (Level 1, Block B, Shop #20 & 30) in Dhaka.

The joint facility was formally inaugurated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday by Major Shaikh Muhammad Mizanur Rahman (Retd), Senior GM of Bashundhara City Development Ltd, and Koji Sekiguchi, Deputy GM of Sony Corporation’s Imaging Marketing Division, alongside FSI General Manager Chang Zong and Sony Regional Marketing (Singapore) Head of Marketing Yap Yung, says a press release. 

Operating daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (except Tuesday), the new facility brings retail and local factory-authorized servicing under one roof, allowing professional and amateur photographers and videographers to access direct official repairs in the local market for the first time.
