Amitabh Bachchan injured in shooting accident

Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan has suffered a knee injury during a recent shooting, raising concern among his fans.

The 83-year-old actor appeared differently in a recent episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 18. Instead of standing at the centre of the stage as usual, he started the episode while sitting in his host’s chair.

Bachchan told the audience that he slipped during a shoot the previous day and injured his left knee. As standing straight was difficult, he had to begin the episode while seated.

However, he reassured fans that there was nothing serious to worry about and that the injury was not severe.

He also stood up to welcome the contestants as usual. His professionalism was praised by those present on the set, who applauded and wished him a quick recovery.
