Four companies listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) have declared cash dividends for shareholders for the 2025–26 financial year, with Olympic Industries announcing the highest payout at 35 per cent.
The other companies are GQ Ball Pen, Simtex Industries and Dorin Power Generation, according to information published by the DSE on Sunday.
Under the declarations, GQ Ball Pen will pay a 12.50 per cent cash dividend, while Simtex Industries has announced an 11 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders and a seven per cent dividend for sponsors and directors. Dorin Power Generation will pay a 15 per cent cash dividend to general shareholders.
Olympic Industries reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 10 for FY26, while its net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk 69.35 as of June 30.
The company's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on November 30 to seek shareholders' approval for the dividend and other matters. The record date has been set for November 4.
GQ Ball Pen reported EPS of Tk 0.12 for FY26, with NAV per share of Tk 143.60 as of June 30.
Its AGM is scheduled for November 30, while November 4 has been fixed as the record date for determining eligible shareholders.
Simtex Industries declared an 11 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders and seven per cent for sponsors and directors.
The company reported EPS of Tk 1.25 for FY26, while its NAV per share stood at Tk 22.72 as of June 30.
Its AGM will be held on December 17, with November 5 set as the record date.
Dorin Power Generation announced a 15 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders for FY26.
The company reported EPS of Tk 5.03, while its NAV per share stood at Tk 57.12 as of June 30.
Its AGM is scheduled for December 24, and the record date has been set for November 12.
The dividend declarations and other relevant matters will be placed before shareholders for approval at the respective AGMs.
