Preity Zinta struggles to spot moon on Karwa Chauth

Bollywood actor Preity Zinta faced a minor hiccup while observing Karwa Chauth for her husband, American financial analyst Gene Goodenough, in the United States, as cloudy skies made it difficult for her to spot the moon on Wednesday (October 28).

The actor took to X to ask her followers on the US East Coast whether they could see the moon. In a light-hearted post, she wondered if the moon had disappeared, saying it was playing “hide n seek” in the cloudy sky while she was observing the fast.

Several users commenting on her post questioned whether she had observed the fast on the wrong day, as Karwa Chauth was being celebrated in India on Thursday (October 29).
