3 traders fined for not displaying price list

N’GANJ, Feb 20: The Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection has fined the owners of 3 date shops in the Narayanganj Tk 5,000 each. 

The fines were imposed for failing to display a price list and for not keeping purchase receipts. 

The assistant director of the National Consumer Rights Protection Directorate for Narayanganj District, Hriday Ranjan Banik, led the operation. District Food Inspector Salauddin Jewel and a team from the district police were also present during the time.
