In recognition of their significant contributions to the organization's overall growth, IFIC Bank has promoted 59 officials across different levels.
The promotions were awarded based on professional competence, responsibility, and consistent performance.
To mark the occasion, a ceremony titled "Celebrating Career Progression" was held at IFIC Tower in the capital on Wednesday.
The Managing Director, Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with members of the senior management team, attended the event and formally handed over promotion letters to 19 officials.
In addition, promotion letters were delivered virtually to another 40 officials across various branches and sub-branches nationwide.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director congratulated the promoted officials and stated that a skilled and dedicated workforce is the key driving force behind an institution's progress.
