5 of a family found slaughtered at Gazipur house

Five family members of a family have been found slaughtered in a house in Gazipur's Kapasia upazila.

Of the deceased, three were children, one was woman and one was a youth. They lived in a rented house at Kapasia.

The incident happened at an early hours at Forkan Miah's house. Local residents found the blood-ridden bodies lying on the floor and, later, informed this to police.

Kapasia Police Station OC Shahinur Alam said that police are on the spot. The bodies were sent to 
Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital morgue.

''Police are trying to arrest the culprits.'' 

The children's father Forkan Mia has been absconding since the incident.
