The day's session began with warm-up and fitness drills under fitness coach Cameron Lord, followed by passing exercises and possession-based games.
Later, the squad was divided into three groups for high-intensity small-sided games involving both on-ball and off-ball work.

According to the team physio, no injuries have been reported in the squad so far. Besides the on-field training, the players also completed gym and pool recovery sessions at the team hotel.
Sweden-based forward Anika Rania Siddiqui said through a video message that the team's target is to win the SAFF Women's Championship.
"Our expectation is very high … we'll do our best to win the SAFF Championship and bring the trophy home," she said.
