DU student wins 'Chinese Bridge' 

 
A student of the Department of Chinese Language and Culture at Dhaka University (DU) has won the 25th Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition, held at the International Mother Language Institute auditorium in Dhaka on Thursday.

Tasmia Rahman clinched the championship title, while her departmental peer Amina Tun Taiyeba secured the first runner-up position.

The competition was organised by the Confucius Institute at DU in collaboration with China's Ministry of Education and the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka.
