Hezbollah rejects Israel, Lebanon agreement

The chief of Hezbollah, Naim Qassem, rejected the Israel-Lebanon framework agreement signed in the United States.
He said it should be replaced by the Iran-US memorandum of understanding, reports Al Jazeera.
Iran has condemned air strikes by the United States on its missile, drone and radar facilities, adding that its Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has responded by “targeting” US military locations in the region.
In a statement, Qassem made his first comments on the framework agreement signed in Washington at the conclusion of the fifth round of negotiations between Beirut and Tel Aviv on Friday.
“This agreement is null and void, and the provisions of the Iranian-American memorandum of understanding must be implemented,” he said.
