IPDC Finance PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Building Technology and Ideas Ltd (bti) to expand access to home financing and offer exclusive benefits to prospective homebuyers through an integrated property and financing solution.
The MoU was signed by Mohammad Monirul Islam, Head of Retail Business of IPDC Finance PLC and Mashrur Hasan Mim, Executive Director �" Marketing of Building Technology and Ideas Ltd., on behalf of their respective organisations, says a press release.
Also present at the signing ceremony were Mohammad Shahidul Islam, Head of Distribution, Retail Business; Mehedi Mahmood Khan, Head of Mortgage, Retail Business; and Md. Imran Hossain, Head of Home Loan Sales (Metro), Retail Business, representing IPDC Finance PLC. Representing Building Technology and Ideas Ltd were Chanchal Mazumder, General Manager �" Sales; Mohammad Zakir Hussain, Senior Manager �" Marketing; Md. Rokibul Islam Anik, Senior Executive �" Marketing; along with other senior officials from both organizations.
Under the partnership, customers purchasing selected apartment projects of Building Technology and Ideas Ltd will enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including special booking gifts, preferential apartment prices.
