Heavy rainfall likely in four divisions

Heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to occur at places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions during next 48 hours commencing 2:00pm on Monday.

“Under the influence of Active Monsoon heavy (44- 88mm/24hours) to very heavy (88mm/ 24hours) rainfall is likely to occur at places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions during next 48 hours commencing from 2:00pm,” said a Met office bulletin.

Due to heavy to very heavy rainfall temporary waterlogging may occur at places over Chattogram metropolitan areas and landslide may occur at places over the hilly regions of Chattogram division.
