Dengue test made free

The government has decided to provide free NS1 dengue tests at all government hospitals across Bangladesh until December 31.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has been instructed to take the necessary steps to implement the decision.

The directive was issued by the Health Services Division on Sunday.

According to the directive, the Finance Division has approved free NS1 testing until December 31 for patients registered at the emergency, inpatient and outpatient departments of all government hospitals, provided the test is recommended by a physician.
