PM Tarique Rahman on his way to Barisal

The Prime Minister left for Barisal from her Gulshan residence in the capital. She left from her Gulshan residence after 6 am today, Monday (July 13).

During the visit, the Prime Minister will participate in tree plantation programs in Gournadi and Barisal City Corporation areas, a family card distribution program, and an organizational meeting organized at Barisal Shilpakala Academy.

On Sunday, the Prime Minister's Additional Press Secretary Atiqur Rahman Rumon said that Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will travel to Barisal by road. There are several tree plantation programs there.

After the program, the Prime Minister will return to Dhaka in the evening.

The Prime Minister's scheduled programs include a tree plantation program in the newly excavated Sarikal-Batajor in Batajor Union of Gournadi, a tree plantation program in the Trish Godown slaughterhouse area of the district headquarters, and a tree plantation program along the Sagar River adjacent to Trish Godown.

Besides, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will participate in a view-exchange program with leaders of BNP and its affiliates at the district's Shilpakala Academy in the afternoon.
