Content creator Boni Amin was physically assaulted in Rome, Italy, according to viral social media videos. The attack allegedly involved supporters of banned Awami League.

The incident occurred late Tuesday night in Torpignattara, a Bangladeshi-populated neighborhood in the Italian capital.

Several activists, associated with banned Awami League in Italy, posted on Facebook claiming the responsibility of the attack. Alamgir Hossain, general secretary of banned AL in Italy along with several activists confronted the content creator.
