NSTU gets new treasurer

NOAKHALI, July 28: Professor Dr Md Hasan Uddin of Finance and Banking Department of Patuakhali Science and Technology University (PSTU) has been appointed as the new Treasurer of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU).

This information was confirmed in a notification signed by Md Shah Alam Siraj, assistant secretary of the Science and Technology University Branch of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education of the Ministry of Education on Monday. He joined the ministry on Monday after the notification.

The notification said that with the approval of the President and the Chancellor, Professor Dr Md Hasan Uddin has been appointed as the NSTU Treasurer. It is mentioned that his tenure will be four years from the date of joining or till the date of retirement, whichever is earlier.
