World Tiger Day today

World Tiger Day will be observed in Bangladesh today alongside countries across the world through various programmes aimed at raising awareness about the conservation of the Bengal tiger, protecting the Sundarbans, and encouraging community participation in safeguarding the country’s wildlife heritage.

The day’s programmes will be held under theme “Strengthening Conservation through Collaboration”, to ensure the survival of tigers and their ecosystems.
