Reba Khatun
DAULATPUR, KUSHTIA: Daulatpur Upazila BNP former president and former chairman Altaf Hossain's third wife Reba Khatun died on Tuesday evening after being admitted to Kushtia Medical College following a heart attack. She was 60.

Upon receiving the death news, Upazila BNP President and Kushtia-1 Constituency MP Alhaj Reza Ahmed Bachchu Molla expressed deep shock and condolences to her bereaved family. 

Meanwhile, Reba Khatun's Namaz-e-Janaza was held on the Hakimpur graveyard premises in Daulatpur at 10 am on Wednesday and she was buried at the Hakimpur graveyard. 

Shafiqul Islam Apu
SONARGAON, NARAYANGANJ: Shafiqul Islam Apu, the joint general secretary of Sonargaon Upazila BNP and general secretary of Sambhupura Union BNP in Narayanganj, died at his home at 11:30 pm on Tuesday due to cardiac arrest. He was 63.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, one daughter, relatives and many well-wishers. His Namaz-e-Janaza was held after Zuhr prayers on Wednesday on the Elahingar Eidgah ground in Sambhupura Union and he was buried at the Elahingar Social Graveyard. 

Narayanganj-3 Constituency MP and Sonargaon Upazila BNP President Azharul Islam Mannan, and leaders of the Upazila and Sambhupura Union BNP expressed deep shock at his death.
