Speaking at the event, UBL Human Resources Director Syeda Durdana Kabir stated that initiatives like BizMaestros X UFLP empower young minds to shape a digital, data-driven, and future-fit Bangladesh.

Under the theme "Disrupt to Win," this edition integrated BizMaestros with UFLP for the first time. The combined platform aimed to solve real-world business problems while serving as an early-career recruitment pipeline.

The selection process began with individual applications, aptitude assessments, and digital interviews. The top 45 candidates attended a boot-camp and Discovery Centre for mentorship and case-solving exercises, after which the top 18 candidates formed six finalist teams.

Ahead of the finale, UBL organized "Learn to Lead" road-shows across leading universities and a nationwide webinar to introduce students to company operations and leadership opportunities.

High-performing participants from the competition will get fast-tracked access to the final interview stage of UFLP, as well as entry-level positions and internship opportunities at Unilever Bangladesh.
