UCB Investment wins two Euromoney Awards 

UCB Investment Ltd (UCBIL) has won both Bangladesh's Best Investment Bank and Bangladesh's Best Investment Bank for Financing Solutions at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2026.

A celebration marking the achievement was presided over by Sharif Zahir, Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Commercial Bank PLC. Board members and senior management officials of UCB, UCB Asset Management, UCBIL and UCB Stock Brokerage attended the programme, according to a press release.

UCB Investment Ltd provides comprehensive one-stop financial advisory services to its clients. Since its inception in the fourth quarter of 2020, UCBIL has successfully closed 59 transactions across equity, debt, syndication, bonds, IPOs, RPOs, rights issues, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), valuation, advisory and portfolio management, raising BDT 170 billion for its clients.

To date, UCBIL has acted as the issue manager for 50% of the bonds listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE). Beyond its core business, the company contributes to society by supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including children's education, women's empowerment and elderly care, while sharing practical knowledge with peers, stakeholders and regulators.
