Ariana Grande says bye for now, steps away from public eye

Singer and actress Ariana Grande has announced that she will take a break and step back from public-appearance. 

According to a report from firstpost, she plans to take the break after completing her ongoing Eternal Sunshine tour. 

Grande believes this as a long-earned break from the constant public scrutiny endured throughout her career.

In a statement given by her representatives clarified that despite the coming hiatus received from public-commitments, Grande has loved every moment of her tour, and thus, is looking to end it on a positive note. 

Despite her departure, the production for the musical Sunday in the Park with George will continue, according to the producers behind the stage production. Empire Street Production said that they support her decision, while acknowledging that it won’t be an easy one for the production, as her role will be recast.

Ariana Grande has been well known for her debut in the Broadway musical 13, her role as Cat Valentine in the Nickelodeon television series, Victorious and the spin-off, Sam and Cat. After signing with Republic Records, she would begin her music career, garnering acclaim for her albums, My Everything and Dangerous Woman, and publications like The Rolling Stones and Billboard calling her one of the greatest artists in history.

Throughout her entire career, Ariana Grande has spent a life under, as described by her team, "endless, ongoing public scrutiny", especially for her physical appearance. An aspect of her life has been depicted in the recent “Petal” music video.
