ECNEC meeting underway with prime minister in chair

A meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) is underway with Prime Minister in the chair.

The meeting began at 10am on Wednesday at the Planning Commission in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka.

Eleven development projects have been placed before the meeting for approval.

A press conference will be held at the Planning Commission auditorium after the meeting.

The information was confirmed by the prime minister’s deputy press secretary, Sujauddaula Sujon Mahmud.
