Southeast Bank holds 797th board meeting

The 797th meeting of the Board of Directors of Southeast Bank PLC held at the Bank’s Board Room in Dhaka recently. 

The meeting was presided over by the Founder and Current Chairman of the Southeast Bank PLC M A Kashem, meeting marks another important milestone in the Bank’s ongoing transformation journey, says a press release.

The meeting was attended by Rehana Rahman, Vice Chairperson, and Directors including Jusna Ara Kashem, Duluma Ahmed, Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Engr Khandker Badrul Hassan, Nur Nahar Tarin and Md Rafiqul Islam (Nominee of Asia Insurance PLC). 

Also Independent Directors Barrister M. Moyeen Alam Firozee and Nurjahan Begum were present at the meeting. The Board of Directors congratulated the Chairman on his re-election, Md Khalid Mahmood Khan, Managing Director and CEO, and Md Touhidul Huq, Deputy Company Secretary, were also in attendance.
