President mourns deaths in Nepal floods

President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has expressed deep grief and concern over the loss of lives and widespread destruction caused by sudden floods and landslides in Nepal.

He expressed his condolences on Thursday.

Earlier, the government had expressed deep sorrow over the incident. At the same time, it was stated that Bangladesh is fully ready to provide any necessary assistance to Nepal in rescue and relief operations in the current situation.
