State Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Mir Shahe Alam has said that Malaysia will begin the phased recruitment of workers from Bangladesh by the end of September, with the process of sending around 200,000 workers expected to be completed within six months.
He made the remarks on Sunday after a meeting between Malaysian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Mohammad Suhada Osman and LGRD minister Abdul Moyeen Khan at the Secretariat.
