BNP Acting Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has said the country’s ongoing gas crisis will be resolved within seven days.
He made the remarks Tuesday morning while paying tribute to BNP founder and former president Ziaur Rahman and former prime minister Khaleda Zia at their graves in the capital’s Zia Udyan, marking the party’s 48th founding anniversary.
''The government is working to resolve the electricity and energy crisis. The gas crisis will be brought under control within seven days.''
He said the country had witnessed various 'dangerous forms' of crisis, including repeated attempts to undermine democracy, and that the BNP was working to help the nation overcome such challenges.
Despite numerous plots and conspiracies, Rizvi said, the BNP had continued moving forward with the people’s support.
