Citizens Bank elects Masuduzzaman as its EC Chairman

Masuduzzaman has been unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Executive Committee (EC) of the Board of Directors of Citizens Bank PLC.

A distinguished business leader and one of the Sponsor Directors of Citizens Bank PLC, Masuduzzaman brings with him over 28 years of extensive experience and expertise in Bangladesh’s Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector, says a press release. 

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Modele De Capital Ind. Ltd., Rhine Dress Ltd., and Sadia Fashion Wears Ltd. He has also played a pioneering role in the country’s textile backward linkage industries through his association with Embro Arch, Ocean Color, Step To…Rainbow, Atlantic Accessories, Sadia Packaging & Accessories, and Keyama Color.

In recognition of his outstanding contribution to the country’s export sector, Masuduzzaman has been honored as a Commercially Important Person (CIP) by the Government of Bangladesh for six consecutive terms.

Masuduzzaman currently serves as a Director of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), contributing to the development and advancement of cricket in Bangladesh.
