Deepika-Ranveer welcome second baby

Bollywood star couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on Saturday (September 19).

The couple announced the birth through a joint social media post featuring a baby footprint. The announcement card carried the date “19|9|2026” and the names of Deepika, Ranveer and their elder daughter Dua. 

The newborn is the couple’s second daughter. Their first child, Dua, was born in September 2024 and has now become an elder sister.

Deepika and Ranveer had announced their second pregnancy in April this year. Ahead of the birth, the couple also shared maternity photographs, while they were seen visiting Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple on Friday to seek blessings.
