IRGC warns of new weapons to counter attacks

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has warned that it will deploy new weapons and military capabilities if the country faces renewed aggression or a new phase of conflict. 

IRGC spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi said Iran is continuously developing new weapons, upgrading existing systems and mass-producing military equipment for defence.

He said that if confrontations take a different form, Tehran would bring new weapons into the battlefield and could also change the geography of the conflict and its targets.
