DU Microbiology Alumni Assoc gets Baten as President, Zia GS

Microbiology Alumni Association of Dhaka University (DU) has formed a 21-member executive committee for a two-year term, with M. A. Baten as president and Dr M. Ziaur Rahman as general secretary (GS). The new committee was formed on October 3. M. A. Baten is CEO of InterScience Technologies, while Dr M. Ziaur Rahman is a senior scientist and head of One Lab at icddr,b.

The new committee will work to strengthen the association and promote cooperation and networking among former students of the Department of Microbiology.
