Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire officiates ex-wife's wedding

The Spider-Man star, clad in a black suit and matching tie, led the couple through their wedding vows under a flower-adorned arch overlooking the Hawaiian coast. The ceremony took place less than three weeks after Maguire and Meyer officially finalized their divorce on September 21, concluding a six-year legal process that followed their initial separation in 2016.  

Despite the end of their nine-year marriage, Maguire and Meyer have maintained an unusually close co-parenting relationship and blended family dynamic. In earlier interviews, Meyer praised their unique bond, sharing that they celebrate holidays and birthdays together as a family, adding that Maguire and Ogunlesi share a warm personal relationship.  

The luxury wedding drew a distinguished roster of A-list Hollywood celebrities and business leaders. Guests in attendance included Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos with his wife Lauren Sánchez Bezos, actress Courteney Cox, and celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe. All three of Meyer's children were present, including daughter Ruby Sweetheart (19) and son Otis Tobias (17), whom she shares with Maguire.  

The bride, a prominent jewelry designer, wore a strapless white bridal gown, while Ogunlesi wore a classic black tuxedo. The couple, who were first linked in 2023, got engaged in August 2024 and welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, earlier this year.  

Ogunlesi (34) is the founder and CEO of The Ogunlesi Group, a Los Angeles-based entertainment and music management company whose client roster includes high-profile hip-hop artists such as Young Thug. He is the son of Nigerian billionaire lawyer, investment banker, and Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) chairman Adebayo Ogunlesi, whose net worth is estimated by Forbes at $2.6 billion.
