Organizers were instructed to set up separate entry and exit points for male and female devotees, install CCTV cameras and fire extinguishers, and prohibit bags or packages inside pavilions. Important venues were advised to install archways, ensure adequate lighting and backup power, and deploy clearly identifiable volunteers wearing visible identity cards and armbands.
To maintain communal harmony, police urged organizers to limit the use of sound systems near mosques during Azaan and prayers, while refraining from setting off fireworks and firecrackers.
Additionally, organizers must follow designated routes and conduct idol immersions strictly at locations designated by the local administration to maintain smooth traffic movement.
