Fire breaks out at plastic factory in Keraniganj

A fire broke out at the Aman Plastic Factory in the Narikel Bag area of Keraniganj on Monday afternoon (October 26).

Five firefighting units were initially deployed to combat the blaze, while three additional units were dispatched to join the operations, according to Fire Service Control Room Official Talha Bin Zasim.

The Fire Service received information regarding the incident at 12:25 PM, with the first response team arriving at the scene by 12:32 PM to begin containment efforts.

The cause of the fire, the extent of the damage, and any potential casualties could not be immediately determined by the authorities.
