11 more die of measles, dengue

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has reported that 11 more people died of measles symptoms and dengue across the country in the 24 hours from 8am Sunday to 8am Monday.

During the same period, 1,466 people were newly diagnosed with suspected or confirmed measles. In addition, 2,218 dengue patients were admitted to hospitals across the country.

According to the DGHS measles-related release on Monday, six were died with measles symptoms in the past 24 hours. From March 15 to October 26, a total of 1,233 people have died with measles and it like symptoms.
