UAE Crown Prince invites PM to defence expos

UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister and Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has invited Prime Minister Tarique Rahman to attend IDEX 2027 and NAVDEX 2027 in Abu Dhabi.
The invitation was announced in a press release issued by the UAE Embassy in Dhaka on Monday (October 26).
The two exhibitions are scheduled to take place from January 25 to 29 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
According to the embassy, IDEX and NAVDEX are major international events showcasing the latest technologies and innovations in land, naval and air defence, as well as maritime security.
Leading global defence and security companies and industry experts are expected to participate.
Sheikh Hamdan expressed hope that the prime minister’s presence would enrich the events and contribute to their success, while conveying his highest regards and deep respect for the Bangladesh leader.
