Police detained four suspects after a cocktail bomb exploded beneath a foot overbridge near Kalabagan bus stand in the capital around 1:30PM on Friday (October 30).

Police also recovered three unexploded cocktails from a red shopping bag in front of Bikrampur Mishtanna Bhandar near the bus stand.
